Terms & conditions
1. General
These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders, services, and transactions with Zabeel Printing Press LLC, Dubai. By placing an order, the client acknowledges and agrees to be bound by these terms.
2. Quotations & Pricing
All quotations provided by Zabeel Printing Press LLC, Dubai are based on the specifications submitted by the client and are valid for a limited period unless otherwise stated. Prices may change due to fluctuations in material costs, production requirements, or changes in order scope. Any additional work, revisions, or changes requested after quotation approval may be charged separately.
3. Order Confirmation
Orders are considered confirmed only upon written approval (including E-mail or WhatsApp confirmation) and/or receipt of the agreed advance payment.
Zabeel Printing Press LLC, Dubai reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its discretion.
4. Artwork & File Responsibility
The client is fully responsible for ensuring that all submitted files are print-ready. This includes correct dimensions, resolution, color mode (CMYK), and content accuracy including spelling and grammar.
Zabeel Printing Press LLC, Dubai is not responsible for any errors present in client-approved files.
5. Proofing & Approval
Proofs may be provided upon request in digital or physical form. Production will only proceed after final approval from the client.
Once approval is given, Zabeel Printing Press LLC, Dubai shall not be held responsible for any errors identified after printing.
6. Color Variation & Print Tolerance
Due to differences in screens, inks, materials, and printing processes, slight variations in color, alignment, and finishing may occur.
Exact color matching is not guaranteed unless specifically agreed in writing (e.g., Pantone-matching). Such variations are considered acceptable within industry standards.
7. Materials & Substitutions
If specified materials are unavailable, Zabeel Printing Press LLC, Dubai reserves the right to substitute with materials of similar quality. Where possible, such substitutions will be communicated to the client.
8. Production Timeframes
All production timelines are estimates and begin only after final approval and/or receipt of payment.
Zabeel Printing Press LLC, Dubai is not responsible for delays caused by client approval delays, supplier shortages, equipment failure, or force majeure events.
9. Delivery & Collection
Delivery timelines are estimates only. Risk transfers to the client upon delivery or collection of goods.
Zabeel Printing Press LLC, Dubai is not liable for delays, damages, or losses caused by third-party courier or logistics providers.
10. Payment Terms
Zabeel Printing Press LLC, Dubai may require full or partial advance payment before production begins.
Final goods may be withheld until full payment is received.
Delayed payments may result in order suspension or additional charges.
11. Cancellations & Modifications
Orders cannot be canceled once production has started.
Any modifications requested after production begins may incur additional costs and may affect delivery timelines.
12. Returns, Claims & Reprints
Clients must inspect all delivered items and report any defects within 3–5 working days of receipt.
Claims will only be accepted if the issue is due to a verified production error by Zabeel Printing Press LLC, Dubai.
Approved claims may result in reprint or credit at the discretion of Zabeel Printing Press LLC, Dubai.
No refunds or reprints will be provided for approved artwork errors, minor color variations, or change of mind.
13. Liability Limitation
Liability of Zabeel Printing Press LLC, Dubai is strictly limited to the value of the specific order.
Zabeel Printing Press LLC, Dubai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of profit, business, or opportunity.
14. Intellectual Property
The client confirms that all submitted materials are legally-owned or licensed for use.
Zabeel Printing Press LLC, Dubai is not responsible for any copyright, trademark, or legal violations arising from client-provided content.
15. Confidentiality
All client files and information shared with Zabeel Printing Press LLC, Dubai will be treated as confidential and used solely for order fulfillment purposes.
16. Force Majeure
Zabeel Printing Press LLC, Dubai shall not be held liable for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, labor disputes, or supply chain disruptions.
17. Amendments
Zabeel Printing Press LLC, Dubai reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated terms will be effective upon publication on the website.
